President's Conference

Unifor is convening a meeting of Local Union Presidents to take place at the Unifor Family Education Centre in Port Elgin, Ontario from July 4-5, 2018.

This conference will deal with the following agenda items, a check-in/report card on Unifor in our 5th year, building participation and activism, as well as identifying opportunities, challenges and future priorities. We will also have a presentation and discussion on the implementation of both the Local Union Task Force recommendations and actions and the Equity audit. If time permits we will include a discussion around provincial and federal politics and review of elections and polling numbers.
