The PRC will promote the grant through local union meetings, newsletters, and social media to ensure all eligible members are informed and encouraged to apply; and
Be It Further Resolved that priority will be given to new applicants, however, previous grant recipients may be considered based on their continued union advocacy and completion of their trade education; and
Be It Further Resolved that if a recipient defaults on their education or fails to complete their trade program within a reasonable amount of time, they will not be eligible for future grants, and may be required to repay the grant amount; and
Be it further resolved that recipients will be required to submit a report detailing how the grant funds were used, including proof of tuition payment, tool purchases, and certification costs, within 11 months of receiving the grant.
