From now until July 1, Unifor members can complete a survey and influence the union’s 2026 national bargaining program, to be presented at Canadian Council in Ottawa in August 2026.

“Whatever your industry, however large or small your workplace, we want to hear from you,” said Unifor National President Lana Payne. “Unifor’s national bargaining program pulls together recommendations so that workers across the country can push for a bargaining agenda that Protects Canadian Jobs.”

Complete the survey.

The bargaining survey, which takes approximately 10 minutes to complete, can be done on any mobile device or computer. Users can save their progress and finish it later if necessary.

“We want to hear what issues you want to see prioritized across our entire union’s bargaining tables. The more members complete this survey, the better, and stronger, our national bargaining program will be when presented to Council,” continued Payne.

Unifor’s national bargaining program serves as a platform to share innovative, forward-looking bargaining ideas that can creatively and strategically face economic and other workplace challenges. It is one of the great ways that members of Unifor can share ideas and strategize across the union’s many sectors.

In addition to the online survey, Unifor is hosting information sessions at regional councils and upcoming President’s meetings. Together, the input of members and local leaders will add to a rigorous national bargaining program.
