The 31st meeting of the Unifor National Media Council will take place October 14-19, 2025. This Council will take place at the Fairmont Empress located at 721 Government Street in Victoria, British Columbia. The main plenary will commence at 1 p.m. on Friday, October 17, and will adjourn no later than 12:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 19. 

This Council will focus on current issues facing the media sector. Join us for presentations, guest speakers and panels with in-depth discussions surrounding government support for media, changing business models, organizing and mental health in the workplace.
