This course is for Employee & Family Assistance/Substance Abuse Representatives, Workplace Representatives and Local Union officers. In Level one, participants will discuss:

Turtle Island: A First Peoples Awareness for Union Activists and Leaders is a course in which we will explore the shared history between Indigenous and non-Indigenous people.
This course is a basic introduction to time and motion programs and tools to challenge management’s job standards.
This course gives leadership/activists the awareness to recognize the physical and psychosocial hazards of workplace stress.
