We need Unifor members to be engaged at every level of government—bringing forward ideas, policies, and laws that support working-class people and their families. As a union, we’re committed to supporting socially progressive governments that advance equality, social justice, economic transformation, democratic renewal, and environmental sustainability. Do these values speak to you?

Are you a leader in your local union, workplace, or community? Do you want to expand your influence, build grassroots networks, inspire others, and create real change?

This intensive 5-day course is designed for members who want to lead and win political campaigns—or take the next step toward public office. You'll learn how to navigate the real barriers that working people face when entering politics and develop practical strategies to overcome them. Through hands-on training, we’ll demystify the electoral process, from campaign planning to message development and voter mobilization.

By the end of the course, you’ll have the tools, confidence, and strategic know-how to lead a campaign or run for office—and win.
