Unifor’s 2025 Constitutional Convention brought union members together from every region of Canada together to chart the next three years of struggle, solidarity and hope.

From powerful pan-Canadian conversations about fighting Trump's trade war to emotional stories of striking and locked-out workers taking greedy employers head-on, Unifor members shared their stories of struggles and victories. This year's Convention saw the re-election of Lana Payne as National President and her team, a massive rally to protect Canadian jobs, a moving tribute to former CAW President Buzz Hargrove, the Palestinian Journalist Syndicate receive the union's Nelson Mandela award, highlights of the union's successful organizing campaigns at Amazon and the SeaRose, and members chart a course for Canada's largest private sector union for the next three years.

Through it all runs a clear message: Unifor is a fighting union that never backs down and will do whatever it takes to protect Canadian jobs.
