This will be our first National Transportation Conference meeting with the newly elected and appointed Unifor Leadership, Senior staff team and Sector Directors, and we look forward to meeting together in person as we continue to shape the future of Unifor together.

This conference will be an exciting opportunity for members across our air, marine, rail and road transportation sectors to come together, discuss the many challenges transportation workers are facing and how we can advocate for change. From privatization, health and safety, automation, new technology and future of work, surveillance and climate change, workers in the transportation sector must develop bargaining and policy solutions that strengthen the industry, reduce exploitation and improve wages and working conditions. Together, Unifor’s transportation councils and locals will work together to chart a path forward for our sector.

The conference will include guest speakers, panel discussions, breakout group sessions and an opportunity to network, educate, share and strategize with other Unifor transportation workers across the country. We hope to see you there!
