Rally to Protect Canadian Jobs: Friday, October 23, Victoria
U.S. trade attacks are putting good jobs at risk in B.C. and across the country. Provincial and federal governments must do everything they can to fight back and protect those jobs.
Hundreds of Unifor members will be in Victoria for our annual B.C. Regional Council, where we'll escalate our campaigns to fight for workers. At noon on Friday, October 23, we'll rally on the Legislature lawn. Every member is welcome. You don't need to be a council delegate to join us.
Free shuttles depart the Unifor New Westminster office at 7:30 a.m. and returning on the 5 p.m. ferry. Register for the rally and shuttle.
No matter who is elected the next day, they need to see that workers are mobilized and vocal.
