Our first ever Unifor Pension Summit, under the banner “Building a Secure Pension Future Together” is going to be an important first step in charting our future directions as a Union in the struggle to ensure adequate and secure retirement pensions for all Unifor members.
The 2018 Unifor Pension Summit will be held at the Unifor Family Education Centre in Port Elgin, Ontario commencing on Friday, May 4th at 7:00 pm and concluding on Sunday, May 6th at noon. The conference will be bilingual and break-out workshops will be offered with translation as applicable based on registration and sector.
Conference registration is being extended on an open invitation basis to all members of Unifor with an interest in ensuring adequate and secure pensions and retirement income. Conference pre-registration will continue until Saturday April 21, 2018 and registration itself will occur on Friday, May 4th from 1:00 pm with room check-in beginning at 3:00 pm. The Friday evening plenary session will be held that same evening on May 4th at 7:00 pm.
