Unifor Local 444 members working at Windsor Machine and Stamping have ratified a new four-year collective agreement.

“At the bargaining table we fight for fairness and equity,” said Jerry Dias, Unifor National President. “The new agreement provides members with three paid personal days per year. In addition, we negotiated the ten unpaid personal emergency days that were taken away by the Ford government. This shows our collective bargaining strength as a union.”

The new contract includes annual wage increases, an extra week of vacation for employees with at least ten years seniority, and improved benefits.

"I am proud of the skill and determination of the bargaining committee that made substantial gains for Unifor members," said Dave Cassidy, President of Unifor Local 444.

Unifor Local 444 Windsor Machine and Stamping represents 109 production workers at the plant.
