Remaining Defendants at Jack Cooper (Allied Systems) Agree to Settle
Subsequent to a previous partial settlement, the remaining defendants have agreed to settle a class action lawsuit regarding losses suffered by the pension plan for members at Jack Cooper (formerly Allied Systems). Unifor has been requested to post a copy of the notice regarding a hearing before the Superior Court of Justice to approve the settlement.
