We would like to welcome 239 workers at Spectra Energy (who merged with the Canadian Pipeline Association) now members of Local 6006 who have chosen to join Unifor. These members work out of multiple Spectra Energy locations throughout British Columbia and produce a diverse range of pipeline products, as well as services related to raw gas, booster stations and pipeline processing.
Unifor is Canada’s largest private sector union with more than 310,000 members in every major sector of the economy, including 11,800 members in the energy sector.
