Unifor Local 4003 members at Toronto Terminals Railway (TTR) have unanimously ratified a new four-year collective agreement, ensuring stability and meaningful improvements to wages, benefits, and working conditions.
“This agreement secures important gains for members at TTR,” said Unifor National President Lana Payne. “Congratulations to the bargaining committee for their great work.”
The new agreement, set to expire on January 15, 2029, strengthens protections and benefits for Unifor’s TTR membership, which provides track maintenance, flagging, and signal services along Toronto’s Union Station Rail Corridor. The corridor is jointly owned by Canadian Pacific Kansas City and Canadian National Railways and serves more than 250,000 daily passengers on VIA Rail, GO Transit, and the Union Pearson Express.
Unifor represents more than 30 TTR workers, whose contributions are vital to maintaining the safety and efficiency of the corridor, which is critical to Canada’s rail network.
