Unifor members at Toronto Terminals Railway ratify new contract
Dear Members,
We are pleased to announce that Unifor Local 4003 members at Toronto Terminals Railway have unanimously ratified a new four-year collective agreement.
This agreement delivers meaningful improvements to wages, benefits, and working conditions while ensuring long-term stability for members. Highlights include wage increases, enhanced premiums, and updates to important provisions that reflect the critical work performed by TTR members.
The Unifor TTR membership provides track maintenance, flagging, and signal services on the Union Station Rail Corridor (USRC), one of the busiest rail corridors in the country. The USRC supports VIA Rail, GO Transit, and the Union Pearson (UP) Express, serving over 250,000 daily passengers. TTR is a jointly owned subsidiary of Canadian Pacific Kansas City and Canadian National Railways.
The bargaining committee extends its gratitude to all members for their continued solidarity throughout this process. Your solidarity was key to achieving these gains and securing a strong contract that supports you and your families.
In solidarity,
The Bargaining Committee
