WINDSOR–Unifor Local 195 members at Titan Tool & Die and their community supporters will gather to protest on Tuesday November 18, 2025.  Members and supporters will drive a caravan of vehicles throughout Windsor to raise public awareness about the ongoing dispute. The union is drawing particular attention to the Company’s owner and CEO for their actions, including moving equipment and materials to a facility in the U.S., ongoing demands for punitive concessions on its loyal and highly skilled workforce, and prolonging the dispute to the point where the lockout now exceeds the city’s longest labour action, the 99-day Ford strike in 1945.

“The lockout at Titan Tool & Die has gone on far too long. Our members have shown nothing but dedication, working for decades to keep this company successful and deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. Instead, they’ve been kicked to the curb for months, faced harassment by managers, and three sustained injuries on the picket line,” said Unifor National President Lana Payne. “Canadian-owned companies have a responsibility to protect Canadian jobs, not move production to the United States to squeeze out a few more dollars. We will not back down until Titan Tool & Die’s owners end this lockout and bargain a fair deal with our members.”

The rally will begin at the Titan Tool & Die facility on Howard Avenue at 11:00 a.m. and drive along a planned route through the city, reaching Windsor City Hall and continuing to loop until 1:00 p.m.
