This online mini self-directed module is for any rank-and-file member who wants to better understand contract negotiations, know what to expect from the bargaining process, and learn how they can help influence the outcome. We take on frequently asked questions about bargaining, helping build member support and awareness of the negotiations process.

Enrolment is open, and participants can go at their own pace.  Approximate time to complete the course: 30-45 minutes.
