The union was notified late yesterday in a note to our legal counsel that the hearing scheduled for December 9, 11, 12 and 16 has been CANCELLED!!

At this point we are absolutely livid about this unprecedented notification. We intend to contact the senior levels of government including the premiere of the province. We will continue to communicate with the membership on this critical matter.
