Women Activists Program (3-day)

This course covers a wide range of issues, such as women's work, history and activism.  We will discuss the issues that women face and how we can work towards equality.  This course identifies opportunities for involvement and strategies to overcome barriers to participation.  Participants will strengthen their communication and critical thinking skills, increase their comfort level in order to speak up and take action on issues in the workplace, the union and the community.

This course reinforces Unifor's commitment to take on and advance the goals of women in the union.
